Shipping Policy

UrbanGrit ships worldwide and processes all orders within one to three business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Estimated delivery times average between five and twenty five business days, though customs inspections or remote destinations may require additional time. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details and carrier information will be sent by email so you can monitor your shipment.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes charged by local authorities. UrbanGrit cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control. Orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses may require additional reshipping fees.

Return & Exchange Policy

At UrbanGrit, refunds are issued exclusively as non expiring digital store credit in the form of a gift card. After a returned item is received and inspected, store credit will be provided within seven business days. We do not offer cash, bank, or card refunds.

Items returned outside the seven day return window, in unacceptable condition, or missing original packaging are not eligible for refunds, and shipping fees and taxes are non refundable. Gift card credits never expire and can be used on any future order. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within seven days at bedelatorres@gmail.com so our team can assist you promptly.
